Pleats come in every quirky size and form of clothing. My favourite is the pleated skirt/dress but I don't actually have any clue why I like it. I guess I feel so attracted to them is because they don't have that basic flat, cotton surface that most skirts/dresses have. These ladies seem to grasp the idea of flaunting their lovely pleated garments.
